Blum Center

Blum Center

The UC Davis Blum Center for Developing Economies, modeled after the UC Berkeley Blum Center, exists to address poverty throughout the world. With a unique interdisciplinary perspective, UC Davis draws upon Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, and Business, amongst others, to come up with sustainable approaches to improve lives through education, application, and engagement.

The center has up to $70,000 in grants for graduate and undergraduate students interested in doing research of a service project abroad geared towards alleviating global poverty. For more information or to apply for a grant, go to http://blumcenter.ucdavis.edu
